This project involved the protracted negotiation with the Local Authority for the construction of a newbuild block of apartments on a greenfield site near the River Thames in Maidenhead.
The site was previously in the flood plain but recent Environment Agency flood protection works released the land for construction.
A traditional scheme was granted but we submitted a further modern scheme (illustrated above) which was refused and is now the subject of Appeal.
