Located in the heart of Kensington, this prestigious hotel development featured major refurbishment works involving the merging of two buildings and the creation of a luxurious cocktail bar.

Among the works involved on this project:

• Renovation of the derelict Adelphi Hotel next door.
• Knocking through and major structural alterations to link the two buildings together.
• New public areas - reception/lounge, bar, gym, meeting room and breakfast room.
• Phased refurbishment of all 200 bedrooms.
• New back-of house facilities.

All works were undertaken with a fully-operational hotel in approximately 12 months.
